The buffet includes a selection of two salads, two meat entrees, one pasta, and two accompaniments.

Chicken or Beef Stroganoff

Roasted Tri-Tip (with Mushroom, Tarragon or Teriyaki Sauce)

Mozzarella Chicken

Chicken Artichoke

Chicken Picatta

Mahi-Mahi (with Dill or Teriyaki Sauce)

Baked Salmon

Pasta Marinara or Alfredo

 

Additional meat sauce choices:

Beef: onion, mustard, green peppercorn, barbeque or horseradish sauce Chicken: chicken cacciatore, creole chicken, lemon, mushroom & tarragon sauce, pineapple, curry & coconut sauce, xeres- a brown sauce with sherry wine, vinegar & mushrooms

We are honored to assist you with your joyous occasion. Our facility can accommodate up to 240 guests, however there are guest minimums on peak days. House minimums also apply on peak days. Packages are based on 100 guests. Guest minimum requirement for Fridays and Sundays is 100. Guest minimum requirement for Saturdays is 150.
