Baked with pineapple, curry, and toasted coconut sauce

Bakes, boneless, skinless chicken breast with a white wine and slightly tart lemon caper butter sauce

Baked with teriyaki or dill sauce

  • New York Steak: Broiled and served with a bordelaise sauce.
  • Roast Prime Rib: Slow roasted prime rib served juicy and tender.
  • Filet Mignon: The most tender, cut, charbroiled and topped with sautéed mushrooms or béarnaise sauce
  • Beef Wellington: Individual Beef Wellington 6 oz. filet, topped with duxelles of mushrooms and wrapped in a scrumptious pastry.
  • Steamed Halibut: Fresh Halibut with a white wine sauce or a basil cream sauce.
